The Graduate Program in Art and Design offers a research-oriented and interdisciplinary learning environment that brings together diverse artistic and design practices. Through master's and proficiency in art programs, students are encouraged to develop original ideas by integrating creative practice, critical thinking, and scholarly research.
Recognising that contemporary art and design extend beyond traditional disciplinary boundaries, the program supports innovative research across visual arts, design, digital technologies, new media, sustainability, and cultural studies. Students are encouraged to explore emerging fields, experiment with new methods, and develop projects that respond to contemporary social, cultural, and technological challenges.
The curriculum combines studio-based practice with theoretical inquiry, enabling students to establish their own research agendas while engaging with interdisciplinary collaboration. The program aims to educate artists, designers, and researchers who contribute to contemporary knowledge through creative and research-driven practice.
